Orders are typically processed in 2-4 business days (12:30 pm eastern is the ordering cutoff time each day; and shipping time is as follows:

  • Shipments within the USA: 3-5 business days
  • International Shipments: 5-12+ business days

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during Thanksgiving or holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If we become aware of any significant delay in shipment of your order, we will do our best to contact you.

Shipping Costs:

For packages delivered in the USA, we will cover shipping charges for all orders over $100 (pre tax, post discounts, if any).  Outside the USA, free shipping applies to orders over $200.  For all other shipments, the following rates apply:

Expedited Delivery:

At this time, we do not offer that service.  If that changes, we will let you know.

Multiple Shipping Addresses:

Each order will be shipped to the address you provide.  We can only ship to one address per order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

For orders shipped within the USA:  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).   

For orders shipped Internationally, including Canada:  Tracking is only available when the package is in the USA; when it leaves the USA, tracking details are no longer available. Moxie Chic is not responsible for delays due to customs which may be a few days to a few weeks!

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Moxie Chic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed for shipping (orders being shipped internationally) and after shipping for all orders (e.g. taxes, tariffs) will be your responsibility.


If your order comes to you damaged upon receipt, please provide us with details of the damage and take a picture and send that to us by clicking here and we’ll contact our printer on your behalf to see how we may be able to help (the email will not go through unless you complete the requirements for the request).  Also, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim has been resolved.
