Christina Alexis Interviews Moxie Chic's Founder

Blogger Christina Alexis is thrilled to find a female-owned company that supports women and important causes, with positive messaging.
Founder Jennifer Shurdut-Bab reveals her goal in creating the company: "My goal is to have the “universe” adopt the positive word “moxie” for strong girls, replacing the often-used negative terms historically used (you know what those are!). I want to celebrate (not denegate) female ambition. Dressing-up feminism in positivity and creating a Moxie Movement or Moxie Revolution -- just like some of our designs say."
She also emphasizes the psychology and philosophy behind the brand, what she calls POSITIVE FEMINISM: "POSITIVE FEMINISM looks good on everyone. It should be an ideal for all women and girls -- whatever color and shape -- and help define the next wave of feminism. . ."
